Bogoria House Terms and Conditions
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Regulations define the rules for providing services at Bogoria House and form an integral part of the agreement concluded by making a reservation, signing the registration card, paying a deposit or settling the full amount for the stay. Performing any of the above actions means that the Guest has read the Regulations and fully accepts its provisions. The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Bogoria House, and the person making the reservation, hereinafter referred to as the Guest or the Registered Person, is responsible for ensuring that accompanying persons comply with its rules. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
A Guest may reserve an apartment by phone at +48 785 760 018, by email at recepcja@bogoriahouse.pl, via the website www.bogoriahouse.pl or through booking platforms where the property’s offer is available. Direct reservations must be confirmed by payment of a deposit equal to 100% of the reservation value within three days from the date of booking. In case of cancellation after the expiry of the free cancellation period, changes to the reservation after that time or no-show, the deposit paid is non-refundable. A reservation made by phone requires additional confirmation by e-mail or via WhatsApp messenger, Smarthotel application so that payment can be made prior to the Guest's check-in.
CHECK-IN
Check-in to the apartment requires prior completion of the registration card and settlement of the full amount for the stay. By making a reservation the Guest undertakes to rent the apartment for the specified period, at the agreed price, and to pay the full amount for the stay no later than three days before the planned check-in. Bogoria House reserves the right to refuse admission to a Guest who:
- does not complete the registration card,
- refuses to show an identity document (during reception opening hours),
In the event of refusal of check-in for the above reasons, amounts paid as a deposit are non-refundable. In case of extension of the stay or purchase of additional services, the charge will be added to the Guest's bill and must be settled immediately, at the latest before the start of the next hotel day. In case of unforeseen circumstances whose effects cannot be remedied by ordinary means, Bogoria House reserves the right to offer the Guest accommodation in a substitute property with a standard comparable to the originally booked one.
HOTEL DAY
Rooms and apartments at Bogoria House are rented by hotel days. The hotel day begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 the following day. Early check-in is possible subject to apartment availability, after arrangement with reception – this service is chargeable at 30 zł for each hour commenced. Requests to extend the stay beyond the date indicated in the reservation should be made by phone at +48 785 760 018 no later than 10:00. Requests will be considered subject to apartment availability, for a charge of 30 zł for each additional hour.
Unapproved extension of stay after 10:00 is treated as occupation of another hotel day and results in charging a fee for half a hotel day. Shortening a previously declared and paid stay does not entitle to a refund for unused nights.
RULES FOR USING APARTMENTS
The Guest is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose, to keep the premises in the same condition as at check-in, and to return it in an identical condition. The number of persons using the apartment may not exceed the number indicated in the reservation. Violation of this rule will result in an additional charge of 150 zł for each person not reported at the time of booking for each day of the stay. The Guest has no right to transfer the apartment to third parties during the paid stay. Any change of the registered person or surname on the reservation requires prior consent of reception. Apartment cleaning including linen and towel change is performed automatically every 7 days of stay. Additional cleaning is chargeable: 200 zł (2-person apartments), 250 zł (4-person), 300 zł (6–8-person), 350 zł (10-person) – fee to be arranged and settled at reception. Bringing dogs onto the premises of Bogoria House is allowed for an additional fee of 100 zł per day per animal. Guests bringing animals are obliged to inform reception at the time of booking and to observe hygiene and order rules. Bogoria House reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an animal if it is deemed a threat to the safety of other guests or the property.
HOUSE RULES AND SAFETY
Smoking tobacco and other tobacco products in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violation of this ban will result in a contractual penalty of 1000 zł. Organizing parties, receptions and gatherings in the apartment is strictly forbidden. Guests and accompanying persons are required to keep quiet and maintain order so as not to disturb the stay of other guests. Unregistered persons may stay in the apartment between 7:00 and 22:00. Presence of an unregistered person after 22:00 is treated as paid additional accommodation according to the applicable prices, with the consent of the Guest who made the reservation. For fire safety reasons, the use of electric heaters and other devices that are not standard equipment of the apartment is prohibited. Exceptions are phone chargers, laptop power supplies and RTV devices.
REPORTING DEFECTS
Any defects or irregularities noticed must be reported immediately by calling +48 785 760 018 during reception opening hours to enable prompt intervention. Defects reported on weekdays are rectified without undue delay. Reports made on weekends, Sundays and holidays are handled on the first available working day. Charges will be imposed for damages caused by the Guest. Failures beyond the facility's control (e.g. interruptions in utility supply, internet outages or equipment malfunctions) do not constitute grounds for cancellation of the reservation or price reduction – the Guest is obliged to pay the full amount.
Bogoria House reserves the right to:
- change the apartment to an equivalent one in case of a breakdown or lack of availability,
- terminate the Guest's stay without refund and impose a penalty in case of gross violation of the Regulations.
CHECK-OUT
The Guest is obliged to vacate the apartment no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Personal items left in the apartment by the departing Guest will be sent back at his/her expense to the address provided by him/her. If no such instruction is given, the property will store the items for 1 month. After this period the items will be disposed of. During longer stays when regular cleaning is carried out at agreed times, Guests are obliged to properly store and secure valuable items.
GUEST'S LIABILITY
The Guest is materially liable for any damages caused in the apartment or on the premises by him/her or persons for whom he/she is responsible. The Guest is obliged to report any observed defects or damages to reception immediately after their discovery. Charges apply for lost or damaged keys, smoking in the room, etc., according to the property’s price list. The property reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for up to the full cost of repairing or refreshing the room.
FINAL PROVISIONS
By making a reservation at Bogoria House, the Guest consents to the processing of his/her personal data by the Data Administrator – Kamienica B sp.zo.o in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended). The registered person has the right to access their personal data. The Guest has the right to access, rectify, delete his/her personal data and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
